Please Remember:

• This is an INCOMING Bureau - send Outgoing DX Cards to the ARRL.
  
  
• YOU MUST have postage and envelopes on file with the WØ Bureau in order to receive incoming DX cards (Note: each year MANY great cards are destroyed because Zero District hams do not have postage and envelopes on file).
  
  
• If your callsign has changed ... Please notify the Bureau.
  
  
• If you have multiple callsigns for which you expect to receive DX cards - YOU MUST have a separate envelope for each zero call for which you expect to receive cards!
